Happy New Year!

It's been far too long since the Blogging Moms and Dads of Pittsburgh had a night out on the town, so let's get the next party started by picking a date. This will be a Friday evening (7:00pm seems to work well, and being late is always 100% acceptable) for the bloggers only.

Poll will close January 10th at 11:00pm.

Please make suggestions for a location in the comments.

hm... locations... well there's a new restaurant that just opened here in Cranberry, Stonepepper's Grill (http://stonepeppers.com) There's one in Upper St Clair as well. But I'm not sure if the 'Berry is next in the rotation for locations (HA! I'm a POET!) Or there's the Franklin Inn- Woy and I were just discussing the awesomeness of that place: http://www.franklininn.net A Mexican restaurant with Ben Franklin on the logo, what's not to love?? It's in Wexford/North Hills. Other than that it's just chain restaurants out the wazoo in this area...

As far as locations go, how about The Church Brew Works? I know some of us discussed that at some point, and my vote definitely goes to a city place ;)

I was going to leave my vote for the Double Wide Grill. Church Brew Works is good too!

I liked the Cranberry idea, as I live in Butler. But I will sure try to make it if a city location is chosen. I've been to the Franklin Inn. I had a college friend from Wexford - I loved that place!

Another North Hills/Wexford-ite here. I'll go wherever -- on the 30th. Have Pens tix the other two nights.

So long as the roads are good, I should add as I eye my street...

Jan 30 seems to be the best date for me. I'm up for anywhere - I like to try new places - but I'm with Susan on the weather. You never know in January, right?

I like the Cranberry idea as I live above Grove City. I swear I am going to get to one of these get-togethers!

I would love to try an make it to one of these since I am new to the group and don't know all of you yet. There is a really great little Pizza place called Azzeria's on banksville road. Not a chain. their food is awesome.

Being the selfish person I am ;) I pick somewhere near Monroeville. Any where out there. As the North Hills scare me.

I think that night will work -- I'm kids' free! So I'd opt for a N. Hills outing, somewhere close to downtown. I'd even go to Monroeville as TTG said...but really just because I have a love interest who lives there for after we're done! ;)

(TTG, it's not that I'm not a team player or anything, but it's extra incentive.)

I meant N. Hills/Cranberry/Wexford OR somewhere close to downtown. Or Monroeville. Oh, heck, anywhere.

@Tornado--We missed our chance for the Penn Brewery. It already closed!
