What You Missed

At Saturday's meetup, there were puppies.

And more puppies.

There was a pony.

There was CUTENESS OMG THE CUTENESS!

There was a whole lot of playing.

There was a monster.

There was even a Rummel or two or four.

Way more (some even better) photos are posted over here.

Next up is Cranberry dinner August 22nd at 7:00 pm. We still need to decide on a restaurant, so suggestions are welcome and appreciated!

(Names intentionally withheld. If you don't know who everybody in the pics is, then you just need to get with the program and show up to a get-together or two!)

Those puppies were too much. I wanted to hide one in Alex's diaper bag...

I'm sad I couldn't stay longer!

Looking forward to dinner in Cranberry. I don't know the area well, so no suggestions from me. I'm purely a city gal :)

So glad that you guys were able to make it!

But those people have too many dogs. Good lands, what are they thinking?!

Ok, thanks for reminding me why I'm behind the camera vs. in front of the camera. Apparently I don't know how to look at the photographer and what is wrong with my hair?!?!

gah so many puppies! too cute.

I'm in for the dinner, woo! Some ideas: Domenicos, Ichiban, Bravo... trying to think of places I never get to go to because they're not exactly 'kid-friendly' ;)

Can you tell my expression in the one photo really meant "How can I say no to a puppy? My kids would help me, right? Puppies really don't chew things. No, they don't. I CAN deal with one other responsibility, one other living, breathing being depending on me -- I know I can! Oh, well maybe not."

Or maybe it was just me being annoyed with my kids for bugging me about getting a puppy. Either way...

Thanks, Karen, for having us!

Those puppies were so darn cute! If they weren't so stinkin' hairy I might've smuggled one home! I'm surprised you didn't end up with one, either.

And obviously it's a family trait for two or more Rummels in a photo to not look at the camera or even the same direction.

I'm already under assault to get a puppy, so it's a good thing we missed them. the pony would have been pretty cool, though.

sorry to have missed all the fun and cuteness!

and I still am pushing for Mariani's Pleasure Bar for dinner on the 22nd. I'll call and make the reservations if you want!

ciao,
